We are fully committed to protecting the privacy for all of our customers.
We only require relevant personal details required to fulfil your order. None of your details will be passed on to a third party (except to a trusted delivery company such as Royal mail with your contact details) and will take all reasonable steps to protect any personal information that you have provided.
Purchases can be paid for easily and securely online. All major credit cards & debit cards are accepted via our secure payment processing partner PayPal.
All prices are subject to variation without notice.
Returns & Refund
Please inform us in writing before you return any goods by contacting us using the email form here
We will replace all faulty goods or correct any errors in relation to an order. For faulty goods, we shall offer a full refund including the return postage fees, within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Please provide delivery receipt with proof of postage if returning faulty goods to us, plus a copy of the original invoice.
Cancel your order
You can cancel within 7 days of receiving your order and inform us in writing. Goods must be returned to us including a copy of the original invoice within 14 days from the day they are received. We will be happy to refund their full cost within 14 days of receiving returned goods in their original condition (unopened parcel), but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and original postage.
If you return an entire 'Free Shipping' order (whereby no shipping was charged) we reserve the right to charge the cost of shipping the items to you and will deduct that cost from your refund.
You are also responsible for any loss or damage the return post may incur, so it is recommended that you use a recorded service here.
You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and you will be responsible for any loss we incur if you do not take reasonable care.
Due to the nature of the goods and health/hygiene reasons, we cannot take any product not in its original condition (opened parcel) for return or exchange from the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving clear payment if all items are in stock (This may be longer during busy trading periods).
Please note that all orders placed after 12pm will not be processed until the next working day.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us by email from here within 48 hours of receipt. We may then ask for a photo of the damage and to return the product to us for further investigation.
In the case of a delay with the delivery, please wait for 15 working days from the date of your dispatch email. We cannot be held responsible for a delay in transit, and your order won't be replaced until after the 15 working days, when Royal Mail considers the parcel lost.
We endeavour to only display products which we have in stock. However, all products and services are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil your order, you will be informed and offered an alternative or a full refund. If we have mistakenly under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided that we inform you before despatching the item to you.
